All our licensed premises staff are continually briefed on the latest licensing updates and new counter terrorism initiatives such as ACT (Action Counter Terrorism) whose objective is encouraging the public to trust their instincts to report anything they see or hear which may be terrorist related.

Our event documentation is very thorough and robust to ensure our management teams, control room staff, supervisors and frontline teams are fully immersed in the events operational plan. Information would routinely include events FAQ’s, event command structure, any event specific policies, site maps and positional dot plans.
Although often working alone, sometimes in remote locations, radio, or mobile phone access to our 24-hour support network enables our security officers to call for assistance quickly and effectively if needed.

As a guarding provider we have become renowned for our expertise and quality of staff, provided by deploying appropriately skilled officers to our many manned guarding sites. Our staff ensure the security and safety of your site and are a visible deterrent to theft and criminal damage. Should there be a fire outbreak they are well placed to report this quickly to the emergency services.
